These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChallengeU2 website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), including participation in online challenges, account creation, AI-powered features, and interactions with our community. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
By registering an account, participating in challenges, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable guidelines or rules for specific challenges. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with material changes notified via email or on the Platform. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@challengeu2.com of any unauthorized use. You agree not to create multiple accounts for evading suspensions or participating in challenges unfairly.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on others' rights. Prohibited activities include:
Cheating, hacking, or using bots/scripts to manipulate challenge outcomes or progress tracking.
Submitting false, misleading, or plagiarized content in challenges.
Harassing, threatening, or spamming other users, including in comments or messages.
Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Violating intellectual property rights, such as copying challenge content without permission.
Engaging in commercial activities without our consent, like promoting competing services.
We may monitor user activity for compliance and take action, including warnings, content removal, account suspension, or termination, at our discretion.
Challenges on the Platform are designed for personal growth, skill-building, and community engagement. By participating:
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your submissions (e.g., progress updates, media) for Platform purposes, including promotion.
Submissions must comply with these Terms and not include illegal, obscene, or harmful content.
We do not guarantee challenge availability, prizes (if offered), or outcomes; participation is at your own risk.
For AI-enhanced challenges, your inputs may be processed by third-party AI services to provide feedback, but outputs remain your responsibility to verify.
Specific challenge rules may supplement these Terms; conflicts resolved in favor of the Terms.
The Platform, including its design, code, challenges, and content, is owned by ChallengeU2 or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
User-generated content (e.g., challenge submissions) remains your property, but you grant us the license described in Section 4. By posting, you represent that you own or control rights to such content and it does not infringe third-party rights.
We respect intellectual property and have a process for reporting infringements under DMCA; contact support@challengeu2.com.
The Platform offers free basic features and paid premium subscriptions processed securely via Stripe. You authorize recurring payments for subscriptions and agree to our refund policy (available on the Platform). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Challenges, especially fitness-related ones, are for informational and motivational purposes only and not professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any challenge. ChallengeU2 is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from participation. The Platform integrates AI-powered features, including the ChallengeU2 Assistant ("Assistant"), which uses third-party large language models (LLMs) to generate responses.
AI features are powered by third-party services, including OpenRouter (AI routing service) and underlying model providers (e.g., OpenAI and others). ChallengeU2 does not develop, train, or control these AI models. ChallengeU2 acts only as an intermediary that transmits your inputs to these services and displays their outputs.
AI-generated responses may:
Be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading ("hallucinations").
Contain errors in fitness, nutrition, or wellness guidance.
Not reflect current scientific consensus or medical best practices.
Lack context about your specific health conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications.
Vary in quality depending on the underlying AI model.
ChallengeU2 is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any content generated by third-party AI models. Any errors, omissions, harmful advice, or inappropriate content generated by AI systems are the responsibility of the respective third-party AI providers and are subject to their own terms of service. AI features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
ChallengeU2 implements safety measures to reduce harmful AI outputs — including content filtering, safety classification, and referral protocols — but no automated system is infallible. These measures cannot guarantee that all AI responses will be appropriate, safe, or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChallengeU2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangibles, resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You may terminate your account at any time via settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends, and we may delete your data subject to our retention policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You agree to waive jury trials and class actions. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will post revisions on the Platform and notify you for material changes (e.g., via email). Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Review periodically.
